WHAT TO EXPECT AS OUR OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
You'll be the outgoing person who seeks out potential clients and proactively takes steps to secure more cabinet projects and increase company revenue. You'll be the primary contact for prospective customers before, during, and after the project, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Responsibilities include (but aren't limited to):
- Following inbound leads to meet with prospective customers and learn about their desired cabinetry installations
- Answering prospects' questions and explaining the benefits of choosing us for their cabinet project
- Accurately measuring in-home spaces and learning about the prospects' needs, budget, style preferences, and desired timelines
- Generating cost estimates, presenting proposals, and gaining customer approval
- Coordinating with designers, store teams, and field crews to ensure accuracy and alignment with objectives
- Reviewing measurements and updating quotes when appropriate
- Providing customers with regular job updates and demonstrating your expertise
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and quotes
- Staying on top of product changes and industry trends
- Continually improving your skills to increase your success rate and grow conversions
