QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of industry experience
- Experience cabinet installation or construction supervision
- Experience with countertop fabrication/installation, plumbing, and cabinet installation processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management and multitasking
A bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
