Job Title: In-Home Sales Consultant
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: 10% bonus opportunity based on annual salary, a 401(k) with 5% company match, PTO, 9 paid holidays, and company-provided computer equipment

THE ROLE:
The In-Home Sales Consultant is the face of our business, and your hard work will directly affect customer satisfaction and company profitability. This is a dynamic and collaborative role where you'll coordinate with designers, store staff, and field teams to pull off impressive cabinetry projects that meet the client's needs, budget, and timeline. You can expect to:
- Follow inbound leads to identify and communicate with prospects
- Qualify the customer's needs and recommend the right cabinet solutions
- Take accurate in-home measurements, prepare cost estimates, and present detailed proposals
- Follow up with customers after measuring appointments to maintain engagement and encourage conversion
- Communicate with field teams to make sure all dimensions and project details are fully followed
- Review measurements and quoting details for the finalized project scope
- Communicate with clients throughout the sales process, provide job updates, answer questions, and address concerns
- Update our CRM and store system with leads, quotes, and customer interactions
- Adjust strategies as needed to meet sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction targets
