SVP Investor Reporting

Our client, a private investment firm, is seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee fund financial operations across open-end, fund-of-funds, and perpetual vehicles. This role partners closely with Portfolio Management and Investor Relations to deliver accurate reporting, drive process improvements, and support investor communications. This role will have a bonus of up to 120%.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee fund administrators and ensure timely NAVs, capital accounts, and financials
• Lead quarterly investor reporting and ad hoc requests
• Manage audits, K-1s, capital statements, and GAAP compliance
• Drive automation and reporting efficiency using tools like Workiva, Juniper Square, and Yardi
• Maintain governance, controls, and data integrity
• Serve as senior liaison to auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team

Ideal Candidate:

• 7 years in fund accounting or investor reporting (PE or fund-of-funds preferred)
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience with institutional investor reporting and audit coordination
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with Workiva, Juniper Square, Yardi a plus
• Real estate private equity experience preferred
