Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join a high-performing corporate accounting and finance team in Fort Worth, TX. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong SEC reporting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and review SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and related disclosures
• Draft and maintain financial statement footnotes and MD&A
• Research and apply new accounting standards and SEC guidance
• Support quarterly and annual close processes related to external reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during filings and audits
• Assist with technical accounting memos and documentation
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and controls
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
• CPA preferred
• 4–7 years of experience in financial reporting, SEC reporting, or public accounting
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• Experience preparing or reviewing public company filings
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting tools or ERP systems a plus
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
