Sage Parts is the world's largest supplier of GSE (Ground Support Equipment) and airport-related equipment replacement parts with operations in The United States, Canada, Chile, France, Hong Kong, Singapore, Peru, South Africa, The Netherlands, and The United Kingdom. Sage Parts supplies replacement parts and accessories for all types and brands of GSE. Sage provides supply chain management, on site supply services, single source supply, logistics solutions, engineering solutions and other cost reduction programs.
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to manage and grow an assigned sales territory. Individual will be based in the Chicago area out of O’Hare Airport with air travel and overnight stays as needed within assigned geography.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitable sales within assigned geography
- Execute company sales strategies supporting company initiatives
- Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve company position within marketplace
- Build and maintain customer relationships from the work floor to the c-suite
- Conduct business reviews and meetings with customers
- Achieve budgeted sales and gross profit goals
Qualifications:
- Aviation knowledge with a background in technical sales in GSE or automotive parts
- Strong sales, communication and customer service skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Must be able to work independently, stay focused, and remain self-motivated
- Computer literacy with fluency in basic Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel
- Ability to be badged for airport access

- College/Trade School preferred
Base salary plus commission with unlimited potential
