Sage Oak of Colleyville is currently seeking experienced PRN Caregivers to join our Memory Care team. We are looking for compassionate, dependable professionals who are committed to providing high-quality care to our residents.
Position Details
- PRN / As Needed
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience of caregiving in a professional setting is required
- Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Memory Care community is required
- Medication Adminstration experience (prefered)
- Proven experience caring for residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide person-centered care
- Dependable, professional, and flexible availability
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Administer Medications
- Provide compassionate Memory Care support
- Monitor resident safety and report any changes in condition
- Follow care plans, policies, and procedures
- Maintain a calm, structured environment for residents
