Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned AI Consultant with a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI, coupled with deep domain expertise in Mortgage Lending. The ideal candidate is a full stack AI engineer who can design, develop, and deploy AI solutions
end-to-end — from classical ML models to GenAI-driven intelligent agents — across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments. This is a client-facing role that blends technical excellence with consulting acumen, involving pre-sales, solutioning, rapid prototyping, and demo building for enterprise customers.
Must Haves
● Media and Entertainment, Solution Selling, Practice Development
● 12–15 years of total experience in AI/ML, including at least 2 years in Generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI.
● Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
● Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).
● Experience across AWS / Azure / GCP for AI solutioning and deployment.
● Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and API development (FastAPI, Flask).
● Familiarity with MLOps / LLMOps tools such as MLflow, Vertex AI Pipelines, Azure ML, or Kubeflow.

Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
● Engage with clients to identify business problems and translate them into AI/ML opportunities.
● Lead pre-sales and solution architecture discussions, create PoCs, demos, and AI blueprints.
● Design end-to-end AI solutions spanning data ingestion, modeling, deployment, and governance.
● Conduct short-term consulting engagements to assess AI maturity and roadmap definition.
● Architect ML and GenAI pipelines using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel.
● Design and deploy agentic AI workflows for document understanding, underwriting, customer service, and loan origination automation.
● Build and operationalize RAG, fine-tuning, and embedding-based search systems leveraging LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
● Develop APIs, containerized applications, and orchestrate deployments on Kubernetes / Docker.
● Implement AI/ML solutions on AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), Azure (ML, OpenAI, AI Studio), or GCP (Vertex AI, Gemini).
● Set up and manage MLOps / LLMOps pipelines for experimentation tracking, model versioning, CI/CD, and monitoring.
● Ensure robust scalability, performance, and security of AI workloads.
● Apply AI/ML across loan origination, underwriting, credit risk, fraud detection, document classification, and servicing workflows.
● Work with domain teams to design explainable and compliant AI models that align with mortgage regulatory requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, CFPB, etc.).
● Develop domain-specific GenAI copilots or intelligent agents to automate loan processing, document review, and borrower interaction.
● Contribute to sales pitches, RFPs, workshops, and AI maturity assessments.
● Mentor teams on full stack AI development and emerging trends like multimodal models and agentic AI architectures.
● Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and technology forums as a domain and AI thought leader.
