Role Description
We’re seeking an On-Site Administrative Assistant to assist the General Manager in the daily operations of a developing luxury single-family residential community in Summerlin. This position is ideal for an individual with at least 2 years of experience with on-site or resort-style properties, and who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, maintaining beautiful spaces, and curating memorable resident experiences.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with the daily operations of a developing community, with a focus on exceptional resident service and smooth facility management.
- Assist with designing and executing lifestyle programming — from social gatherings to family-friendly and seasonal events that bring residents together.
- Manage front desk operations*, resolve resident inquiries, and program and maintain community access devices with precision and professionalism.
- Serve as a community ambassador, fostering strong relationships with residents, staff, and business partners.
