What You'll Do
- Clean residential homes to our company standards
- Perform move-in and move-out cleanings
- Complete vacation rental (Airbnb) turnover services
- Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and detail assigned areas
- Follow company procedures, cleaning checklists, and quality expectations
- Work independently or alongside other team members when needed
- Previous residential or professional cleaning experience is required
- Reliable and consistently punctual
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
- Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes
- Able to follow instructions, checklists, and company standards
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication
