Job Description:

• Minimum 7 Years of Experience in Crew Management within the Airline Industry
• The ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge of crew planning, scheduling, regulatory compliance, and operational processes specific to airlines.
• Extensive experience working with crew management systems and tools, with the ability to provide expert guidance on business rules, industry regulations, and best practices.
• Proven capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams-including business analysts, product managers, and technical developers-to ensure crew-related requirements are accurately captured and effectively implemented.
• This role involves serving as the key authority on crew management domain knowledge, advising on legacy modernization, process improvements, and AI-enabled software solutions impacting crew operations.
• Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management within airline operations are essential.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with airline operational control systems, labor agreement constraints, rostering optimization, and data analytics relevant to crew management.
