Position Requirements:
- Registered Nurse: 2 years - Required
- ER RN
experience: Recent/Current - 2 years – Required
- Prior Travel / Contract
experience – Highly preferred
- Cerner EMR experience - Highly preferred
Education, License
and Certification Requirements:
- ASN or an equivalent – Required
- BSN or an equivalent – Highly
preferred
- RN License for State of NV - Required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS Certifications from AHA - Required
- NIHSS Certification – Required
- TNCC Certification - Preferred
Job Description:
- Provides safe, competent nursing care
for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy in
the assigned units (ER).
- Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
- Administering medications
- Completing paperwork and patient charting.
- Perform other job duties that fall
within the scope of their skillset as assigned.
- Total # of Cases/Day: 140
- Patient Ratios: 4:1 main, 6:1 fast
