- Provide all aspects of Physical Therapy Services to patients in a home
health setting.
- Plan and execute rehabilitation programs to help patients return to a
higher level of physical function.
- Utilize a variety of skills including, but not limited to, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, physical modalities, gait training, and
manual techniques.
- Demonstrate effective communication and strong interpersonal skills to
motivate patients and provide compassionate care.
- Fleet car will be provided for the therapist to drive.
