Pay Rate: $3600 Weekly Gross pay based on a 40-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable
travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Unit: Home Health
Shifts available: Days
Schedule: 40 hours/week guaranteed, 5 x 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with rotating weekends, Holiday rotation if required, RTO limit of 5 days
- Current Home Health PT experience: 2 years - Required
- OASIS experience - Required
- Certified Home Health PT experience - Required
- Acute care experience - Highly preferred
- Valid DL and Proof of Auto Insurance - Required
- Prior travel experience: Highly
preferred
Education, License
and Certification Requirements:
- PT License for State of Massachusetts - Required
- BLS Certification from AHA - Required
- Home Health Certification – Required (Relias or similar)
Job Description:
- The physical therapist in this position is responsible for providing
physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
- The primary function is the provision of
direct patient care, including collaboration with other team members and
participation in the development of the patient’s comprehensive plan of care.
