Now Hiring: Manager, Human Subject Protection – SFMC DH
Location: Peoria, IL
Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday
Schedule: 8 Hours/Day | 40 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $40–$47/Hour
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Human Subject Protection Program (HSPP) and ensure compliance with research regulations and ethical standards.
- Coordinate with external Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) and Institutional Biosafety Committees (IBCs).
- Oversee clinical research compliance, monitoring, audits, investigations, and corrective action plans.
- Lead and support Research Compliance Analysts.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical research or research compliance experience.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Experience working with external IRBs and knowledge of IRB processes.
- Experience conducting research compliance audits, investigations, and corrective action planning.
- Certified IRB Professional (CIP) or Certified in Healthcare Research Compliance (CHRC) certification; must obtain certification within one year of hire if not currently certified.
