Join Sage Software as a Sales Operations Business Analyst and be part of our US Sales Operations team.
In this role, you will report to the Director of Sales Operations and be responsible for scaling the business through data analysis & insights, sales systems, and automation. Specifically, this role will serve as the Small Business Segment lead for Sage Software in North America.
You will support a Sales VP and associated business unit by managing key business objectives. This role will deliver on the business unit’s sales objectives by providing reporting and analytical capabilities, strong forecast rigor (Bookings/ARR/MRR), management of strategic initiatives, and sales performance utilizing Salesforce.com. As a Sales Operations Business Analyst, you will not only deliver the metrics but also interpret them to better support the organization and work with the leader to drive a go-forward strategy. This role will support the sales planning process including booking/invoiced revenue modeling, sales colleague productivity, revenue stream evaluation, sales pipeline analysis, reporting, and metrics. The sales Operations team facilitates information dissemination across business lines, departments, and management levels. Additionally, the Sales Operations Business Analyst will work cross-functionally with the Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Finance Operations providing highly visible and impactful work. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment.
