Position Details:
Position Name: Travel Registered Nurse Med Surg
Location: Keene, New Hampshire
Pay Rate: $2400 to $2448 Weekly Gross pay based on a 36 hours work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Contract Length:13 weeks
Unit: Med Surg
Shifts available: Nights
Shift timings: 12 Hours; Nights, 7.00p - 7.30a
Schedule: 36 hours/week guaranteed, 3 X 12-hr shifts per week, Mon-Fri, Every other weekend
Position Requirements:
- Current Med Surg Nursing experience: 2 years - Required
- Epic experience - Required
- Must be willing to float to other similar units (MS) - Required
- Prior travel experience: Highly preferred
Education, License and Certification Requirements:
- ASN or Similar - Required
- BSN – Preferred
- RN License for State of New Hampshire or Compact - Required
- BLS Certification from AHA - Required
- ACLS Certification from AHSA – Highly preferred
Job Description:
- Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting for assigned Med Surg units
- Ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process
- Assess and identify patient problems/needs
- Will establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress
- Responsible for assisting, supporting, and educating patients
- Will utilize Epic EMR for accurate patient documentation
