Private In-Home Russian‑Speaking Caregiver Needed (Client Requires Russian Language Support)

Private Caregiver – Northern Virginia (24/7 Care Case)

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate caregiver who can communicate comfortably in Russian to support a Russian‑speaking client who relies on their native language for daily communication.

This is a private‑pay, long‑term assignment with a stable schedule and a respectful family.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional caregiving experience with seniors
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently in a private home setting
• Fluent or conversational Russian required due to the client’s communication needs (client relies on Russian for daily interaction).
• Demonstrates empathy, dignity, and respect when working with vulnerable populations
• Must pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to transport clients

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, and medication reminders
• Support client safety and well-being using best practices and knowledge of residents’ rights
• Provide companionship and conversation in Russian
• Transport client to appointments and outings as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment, including light housekeeping and meal preparation
