Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) -- Sage Family Dental

Location: 114 Washington St, Dorchester, MA 02121
Pay: $55–$60 per hour

Sage Family Dental is looking for a passionate, energetic, and enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a hygienist who is looking to grow with an amazing practice and values providing excellent patient care.

Our office is a single-practitioner dental practice serving patients of all ages, with a primarily adult patient population. We are looking for a team player with strong chairside skills, a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and strong communication skills.

Schedule:

• 3 days per week
• No weekends
• 8-hour shifts
• Flexible schedule

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care to patients
• Perform dental cleanings and periodontal assessments
• Take dental radiographs as needed
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
• Follow OSHA and infection-control protocols
• Work collaboratively with the dentist and dental team

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Current Massachusetts Dental Hygiene License
• Dental radiology/X-ray certification
• CPR certification
• OSHA certification/training
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong chairside and patient-care skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Spanish, Portuguese Creole, or French Creole is preferred but not required
