ABOUT:
Sage Educators is a Marin County, California, based tutoring and test-prep organization comprised of the smartest, coolest, and hippest educators in Marin. (Seriously ... just ask us!)
Sage Educators is looking for bright, dynamic people to join our staff. Experience working with elementary and middle school students is preferred! We are open to full-time or part-time commetments!

We tutor elementary, middle, and high school students in all academic subjects and prep them for the SAT, ACT, SSAT, and ISEE. As an Associate Director, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to Sage's curriculum and business development, including supporting our nonprofit arm, Sage Educators Foundation. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in an active environment with a friendly staff and specialized clientele. All tutoring takes place in our Marin offices.
Whether you've always been interested in education, or are just exploring various career paths, we promise your time at Sage will be fulfilling. Opportunities in education, mentoring, marketing, grant writing, admin and customer service, to name a few, make Sage Educators the perfect place to launch your professional career. Join us!

All candidates MUST have a college degree and stellar academic credentials. Qualifying tests are administered to all applicants. Elementary and Middle School teaching and tutoring experience is highly desirable.
This is a full-time position. During the school year, our tutors work between 30 and 45 hours per week. Please note that, when school is in session, our office operates on a non-traditional schedule: we are open from 2pm to 10pm Monday through Thursday and from noon to 8pm on Sundays.
Our training period is meant to familiarize new tutors with our particular pedagogical approach and to bring our tutors up to speed with any shaky concepts. However, applicants must have a strong foundation from which to start.
We ask that tutors have an honest expectation that they will be able to work for at least the 2022-2023 school year.
