Position Overview
- Full Time Dental Office Manager
- Monday–Friday, in-office
- Reports to the Director of Market Operations
- P&L and team-performance accountability
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations, hitting Sage's operational and clinical performance goals
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing front and back-office team
- Implement Sage policies, procedures, and operational best practices
- Resolve patient and staff escalations professionally and quickly
- Partner with regional leadership on staffing, growth, and quality initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced dental practice (multi-dentist preferred)
- Working knowledge of dental insurance plans (HMO, PPO, fee-for-service)
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish
