The Patient Service Team (PST) Coordinator is responsible for assisting new and existing patients via phone, webchat, and online platforms.

• Answer patient questions.
• Schedule appointments.

Candidates with strong writing skills, customer service experience, and fluency in Spanish are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high volume inbound calls.
• Schedule appointments accurately.
