Sage Demolition is looking for a dependable, hardworking demolition laborer to support crews on a variety of demolition projects — from single-family homes to large commercial and industrial structures.
Pay: $18/hr – $23/hr, based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on demolition work on structures ranging from residential homes to large commercial/industrial buildings
- Sort and manage debris/materials as needed on-site
- Facilitate dust management on job site
- Assist equipment operators and skilled trades as needed on-site
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Follow direction from site supervisors and crew leads
Required
- Drivers license and clean driving record (MVR review required)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and adhere to company drug & alcohol policy
- Strong sense of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work in outdoor, active construction/demolition environments
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor (lifting, carrying, prolonged standing/walking)
Preferred
- Familiarity with demolition or construction job site operations
- Basic hand and power tool experience
- Proficient in Spanish
