Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong background in food service, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Set up, maintain cleanliness, and organization of the bar area.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Interact with guests to take drink orders and ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on current trends in mixology and beverage offerings to enhance the guest experience.
- Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described.
Qualifications
- 2 years bartender experience in a fast pace environment
- Energetic personality and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems
- Available to work flexible hours
- Team Player attitude
Requirements
- RAMP certification
- Adherence to professional appearance standards & company policies
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs
- Constantly standing, walking, and reaching during shift
- Available to work nights, holidays, and weekends
- Must have reliable transportation
Compensation
- Starting pay $17.00 to $19.00 per hour TIPS
