What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a consistent business development pipeline by:
- Going to at 3 in person networking events per week
- Making 180 daily touches by phone call, email, and direct message
- Cultivate and advance relationships with qualified prospects by:
- Having two 1:1 in-person meetings per week
- Conducting three virtual meetings per week
- Convert qualified prospects to retained clients
- Use a CRM to track activity, opportunities, and follow-up
- Track referral quality, outcomes, and long-term value
- Represent the firm professionally at meetings and events
- Accompany firm leadership to select events, conferences, and meetings
- Prepare pre-event objectives and target lists
- Own all post-event follow-ups
- Provide insight into market feedback and sales trends
What We’re Looking For
- Background in professional service sales, particularly productized services
- Strong CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Comfort working with executive-level and founder-led clients
- High integrity, sound judgment, and attention to detail
