Part-Time Boutique Sales & Social Media Associate

Sage Boutique is entering an exciting new chapter, and we're looking for a warm, dependable, style-minded Part-Time Boutique Sales & Social Media Associate to join our team.

For more than six years, Sage has been a destination for women looking for thoughtfully selected clothing, accessories, gifts, and personalized service. We want every person who walks through our doors to feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves fashion, enjoys building relationships with clients, and has an eye for creating engaging social media content.

What You'll Do

• Provide warm, attentive, personalized customer service
• Help clients select clothing, accessories, and complete looks
• Learn Sage's brands and merchandise so you can confidently make recommendations
• Process purchases, returns, gift cards, and other transactions
• Maintain a polished, organized, and inviting sales floor
• Restock, fold, steam, tag, and merchandise new arrivals
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
• Support seasonal promotions, events, and special sales
• Take initiative and notice what needs attention throughout the boutique
• Help capture photos, videos, Reels, Stories, and other social content
• Assist with creating engaging content for Instagram and other social platforms
• Highlight new arrivals, styling ideas, events, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments

What We're Looking For

• Part-time position, up to 10 hours per week
• Friday and Saturday availability is required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently
• Genuine interest in women's fashion, styling, and boutique retail
• Ability to take initiative and contribute as part of a small team

Social Media Experience Is a Plus

Experience creating social media content is strongly preferred. We're especially interested in candidates who are comfortable with:

• Instagram Stories, Reels, and feed content
• Taking visually appealing photos and short-form video
• Creating engaging, authentic content that feels natural to a boutique brand
• Staying aware of social trends while maintaining Sage's voice and aesthetic

Two or more years of social media experience is a strong plus, but we are open to candidates with a great creative eye and demonstrated content skills.
