The ideal candidate will have a strong background with inspection systems and quality control to ensure customer requirements are being met. The Quality Assurance Associate will work collaboratively within a the inspection and quality team. Job Type: Full-time **This position is for 3rd shift** Responsibilities Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of result, including but not limited to shade and appearance. Operate quality assurance equipment and perform routine maintenance, as necessary. Document all procedures, results, and observations accurately in laboratory information management systems. Provide guidance to inspection staff. Qualifications Prior Quality Assurance experience a plus. Experience in automotive textiles a plus. Experience in color reading a plus. Required to pass color shade test. Excellent understanding of quality control measures and regulatory compliance standards. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Proficient in using laboratory information management systems for data management.
