Location: Marietta, SC 29661
Job Description: Create, update, and deliver reports based on data collected in manufacturing to all internal and external stakeholders. Must have strong analytical skills, great attention to detail, understanding of databases and data analysis tools, ability to work independently with limited oversight, and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Outside candidates will be considered.
General description of duties:
- Generate, update and distribute data reports and presentations for management
- Provide Certificate of Analysis (COA) Data based on customer requirements
- Use statistical tools and software to interpret and analyze data
- Identify and resolve issues related to data quality/accuracy
- Update, monitor, and alert manufacturing teams with trends and patterns based on product or process data sets
- Filter and clean data for reports
- Timely completion and submission of assignments
- Work closely with lab associates, PPAP & CAPA coordinators to assist with data requests
- All other duties as needed/directed by supervisor
Requirements and qualifications:
- Participate in all aspects of the Sage Safety Process
- Flexible work schedule with remote work opportunities
- Travel between plant(s)
- Ability to communicate with all areas of the company and with outside customers
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Ability to work as an individual and part of a cross functional team
- Self-starter with demonstrated time management skills
- Working knowledge of JOMAR ERP system preferred/ability to learn
- Participate/Lead daily and weekly calls with both internal/external customers and team members
- Weekend/evening work as required to meet deadlines
