Position Overview

We’re seeking dependable field support team members to assist our HVAC technicians on a flexible, as-needed schedule. This opportunity is ideal for students, individuals seeking a second job, or those looking for flexible weekday or weekend work. Candidates with experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or other mechanical trades are strongly encouraged to apply
Due to the nature of our service work, scheduling will vary based on project needs and technician availability. We are seeking individuals who can provide flexible support during weekdays and/or weekends.
Schedule Expectations
This is a flexible contract position with variable hours. Workdays and start times may vary depending on service calls, project schedules, and operational needs.
We are currently seeking:
- Weekday HVAC Field Support Tech– Available primarily Monday through Friday
- Weekend HVAC Field Support Tech– Available Saturday and Sunday
Contract helpers will be scheduled as needed and should maintain reasonable availability to support changing project demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites
- Help with basic installation tasks such as ductwork, insulation, and unit placement
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at job sites
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Support technicians with general labor tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Basic mechanical aptitude; experience in construction, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation to job site
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
- Dependable with flexible availability
Additional Information
This is a contract labor position with hours determined by operational needs. Work opportunities may fluctuate week to week depending on workload and project scheduling.
Pay: $23.00 - $31.00 per hour
