What You'll Do:
- Oversee all health and wellness services for assisted living residents, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Supervise nursing and direct care staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Conduct resident assessments, care planning, and medication oversight
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and case workers
- Maintain resident records, policies, procedures, and provide on‑call support as needed
- Active LVN license in the state of California required
- Leadership experience required
- Assisted living experience required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must speak fluent English
- Health, dental and vision insurance
