Saga Kapital Group is hiring full-time FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers to join our growing team in Lafayette , LA. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, and providing excellent customer service.

Whether you have delivery experience with FedEx Ground, Amazon DSP, UPS, DHL, USPS, or experience driving for moving companies, landscaping companies, construction suppliers, or other commercial vehicles, we'd like to speak with you.

No CDL is required. Paid training is provided for qualified candidates.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a FedEx Ground delivery vehicle.
• Deliver and pick up packages efficiently while meeting service standards.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections.
• Use a handheld scanner to manage deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide outstanding customer service.
• Follow all DOT, FedEx Ground, and company safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Pass DOT Physical and Drug Screen
• Able to lift up to 150 lbs with assistance when needed
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Authorized to work in the United States
