Job Summary: The Digital Advertising Director is responsible for driving digital revenue growth through strategic planning, team leadership, and campaign optimization. This role involves close collaboration with market leadership, coaching Media Advisors, supporting advertiser engagements, and ensuring the success of digital advertising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate daily with market leadership to strategize and guide digital revenue growth initiatives.
- Coach, train, and support the Media Advisor team in developing and implementing digital elements for advertiser campaigns.
- Attend and actively contribute to advertiser meetings to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
- Oversee and approve monthly digital reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and optimize advertiser campaigns daily to maximize performance and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Experience in digital advertising or marketing, with a proven track record in revenue growth.
- Strong coaching skills with experience managing or mentoring teams.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms, campaign management, and performance analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for campaign optimization and reconciliations.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other digital advertising platforms.
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
