Seeking part time Dishwasher to join our team of incredible professionals. Must be energetic, level headed and responsible.
Job Description
- Wash all dishes and cooking equipment in a timely manner
- Clean cooking and prep stations to help expedite service
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, refrigeration, tables, etc. (including weekly deep cleaning)
- Clean and maintain FOH areas and curbside as needed
- Follow proper open / close protocols
- Flexibility to cover open shifts if needed
- Assist in training new dishwashers
- Assist in general tasks as specified by Kitchen Manager / Chef
Required Experience
- Love working with a team & also independently
- 1-2 years experience in a fast paced environment
- Working knowledge of commercial dishwasher
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and FOH personnel
- Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to go up and down stairs frequently during shift
