You will serve as the strategic bridge between executive stakeholders and delivery teams across core business systems. You will translate complex, evolving, and often ambiguous business needs into structured, testable, and executable requirements that drive measurable outcomes. You will partner with senior leaders to shape clarity from ambiguity, define success criteria, and convert business intent into project deliverables that technology, offshore teams, and QA can confidently execute.
This role requires strong executive presence, disciplined thinking, and the ability to operate within a regulated, governance-driven environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery for medium-to-large initiatives across core systems.
- Guide senior stakeholders through ambiguous or evolving needs and convert them into clearly defined scope and deliverables.
- Define business objectives, measurable success criteria, and outcome-based metrics.
- Decompose epics into structured, prioritized, and development-ready components.
- Author detailed user stories with precise and testable acceptance criteria.
- Develop comprehensive process flow diagrams and future-state models.
- Facilitate alignment sessions between business leaders, IT, and operational teams.
- Ensure scope clarity before development begins.
- Establish requirement traceability from concept through QA validation.
- Support leadership presentations with analysis, impact assessments, and recommendations.
- Identify scope risk, regulatory exposure, and interdependencies early.
- Lead and coordinate offshore analysts when applicable.
- Review and validate deliverables produced by offshore teams.
- Partner with QA to ensure test cases align to requirements.
- Review and sign off on QA test cases to confirm business intent is met.
- Promote structured Agile practices with documentation rigor appropriate for a regulated environment.
- Ensure requirements are audit-ready and defensible.
- Balance agility with governance discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 8–12 years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
- 4 years operating at a senior/lead level with executive-facing responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business direction into executable requirements.
- Experience leading cross-functional workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
- Experience working with offshore delivery teams.
- Strong documentation discipline and traceability mindset.
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field as well as equivalent work experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
