What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Support Specialist position at SAFY?
As a Licensed Clinical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight by reviewing PSDs, care plans, clinical notes, safety plans, and other manager-assigned clinical documentation to support accuracy, completeness, quality, and compliance with organizational standards.

What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical support to SAFY of OhioTreatment Directors
- Will support and review, approve and/or final sign clinical documentation
- Review PSDs (Diagnostic Assessments)
- Reviews Care Plans
- Review Clinical Documentation- ie. Clinical notes
- Review Safety plans
- Other assigned clinical documentation by Manager
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in human resources or related field.
- LISW, LISW-S or LPC required.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of clinical oversight

Targeted hiring range: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour
- Compensation is commensurate with transferable experience, education and licensure of candidate, location of the position, along with internal equity and budgeted amount for the role.
