SAFRAN Cabin has launched a major multi-year company transformation project: the deployment of SAP S/4 HANA across all its sites in the world. To perform this transformation, SAFRAN Cabin is accompanied by an external integrator.
In parallel Safran Cabin is building an internal SAP Center of Competences (CoC) in the IS organization over the coming years.
The FI/CO SAP Analyst will have 3 missions:

The FI/CO SAP Analyst will have 3 missions:
- During SAP project, FI/CO SAP Analyst will be responsible to support the definition of the Safran Cabin standard solution together with the integrator and the Finance team and the Safran Group specialists, then ensure it deployment across Cabin.
- For the creation at medium term of the internal SAP Center of Competences (CoC) the FI/CO SAP Analyst will help to organize the team's skill ramp-up and evangelize good practices during team learning path. responsible to train the internal IS team and
- As part of the IS team, FI/CO SAP Analyst will be responsible of the support and maintenance of sites already deployed and advice on structural evolutions.
This role will report to Cabin SAP solution Manager.
Complementary Description
- Serve as the primary liaison between IS and Finance Business teams to develop SAP FI/CO functionality along with the System Integrator
- Configure, support and enhance various functional aspects of the SAP system landscape including troubleshooting of application problems, performing system configuration, analysis of business requirements and their translations into SAP specific context.
- Act as liaison with business for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, requirements and with SI.
- Develop requirements, business specifications, and testing documents
- Manage daily issues and problem solving related to FICO modules.
- Assists in the execution of system processes to support interfaces, reporting requirements and year-end reporting.
- Document AS-IS and TO-BE by identifying gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Collaborate with Functional and Technical teams on testing; unit, integration, functional, acceptance testing, regression, database, analyze results, manage defects and resolve issues.
- Build and Validate solutions by adhering to SAFRAN Core Model, SAP standards and best practices
- Ensures internal controls and standards are maintained.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with clients and technical teams to prioritize requirements, evaluate potential solutions, define a proposed solution, propose quick fixes, and develop model business processes.
- Support local teams in local roll-outs and train the internal IS team to FI/CO
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent or higher
Experience: 5 to 10 years' experience supporting (level 2 and 3) SAP FI and SAP CO
An experience with SAP S/4 HANA is required.
SAP FI or CO Certification

MBA, Bachelor or higher in Accounting, Computer science or a related field.
Experience in supporting SAP PS

Experience: 5 to 10 years' experience supporting (level 2 and 3) SAP FI and SAP CO
- At least 5 years of direct work experience on teams as a business analyst.
- Both Finance & Controlling expected experience.
- Cross-functional knowledge of integration points between SAP FICO, MM, and SD
- Process-driven analysis skills and background in various requirement discovery methods
- Professional experience on management of SAP projects.
- Understand Aerospace jargons and possess the ability to communicate it in layman's terms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with clients, team members, and management
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Can work well under minimal direction
An experience with SAP S/4 HANA is required.
