Summary/Objective:
The Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) Customer Service Specialist is responsible for supporting the Safran Nacelles Services Americas business unit through customer-focused activities such as development of commercial proposals (Quotes), management of orders, interface with commercial sales and customer support teams, and building strong relationships with our internal operational MRO team. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional satisfaction with our customers and promoting the Safran Nacelles group.

Education/Certifications:
Minimum: High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
Preferred: BA/BS in business management or equivalent
Experience :
- Required: More than 3 years of related experience in aerospace, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), or manufacturing
- Preferred: More than 5 years of related experience in the aerospace maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) sector
Travel:
Less than 5% with potential for international travel
