Roles and Responsibilities
Create and modify CNC programs for 5-axis machining processes
Define fixtures and tooling for operations, manufacturing processes and material handling
Support the definition and installation of new equipment and/or modifications to equipment
Creation and maintenance of all technical drawings for process / equipment layouts, equipment, tooling, fixtures, and material handling equipment that supports manufacturing operations
Provide technical assistance to Operations and Maintenance for manufacturing processes and equipment
Provide complete and accurate documentation required for aerospace equipment production - work instructions, standard operating procedures, qualification / test reports, etc.
Manage and support industrialization activities - new product development, new product introduction and configuration management
Interface with Design Engineering and sister sites for process development and process improvements
Submit and implement ideas to support continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity and cost
Project management
Follow all procedures administered by safety, quality, process engineering and facilities engineering
Perform other related duties as required
