Safran Cabin Materials located in Marysville, WA is recruiting for a:
C4 Operator - 3rd Shift
8p-430a M-F
- Train 4a-1230p M-F for approximately 2-3 months
$20.00/hr.
Plus $2.00/hr Shift Differential once fully trained and working 3rd shift.
The job is responsible for manufacturing core sheets in the C4 process and supporting the Panels Department.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Shearing and stretching of hobes.
- Loading sheets into the machine.
- Monitoring the production process.
- Other duties as assigned and flexibility is key.
- The duties of this job are physically demanding.
- Forklift and overhead crane operation (training provided).
- Basic housekeeping duties and basic machine maintenance.
- Active participation in operational improvement activities.
- Willing to cross train or transfer to other departments as needed.
- Other task as needed and flexibility is key.
Qualifications:
- 2 years relevant, steady work history preferred.
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English is required.
- Have legible handwriting/printing and good basic math skills.
- Highly motivated and be able to work independently or as a team member to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Able to push/pull/lift 80 pounds (two person lift is available).
- Wear full-face respirator for certain tasks/duties.
- Willing to work overtime as needed.
Safran Cabin Materials requires a criminal background check and drug screen to be completed and passed for all positions.
