The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for implementing, sustaining, and recommending operational excellence initiatives.

- Lean Steering Committee support
- Facility layout updates control
- QRQC coaching and reporting
- Hoshin Kanri and One Safran projects support
- Value Stream Maps
- Visual factory management
- In order to contribute to the company goals of process flow improvements, floor space optimization, lead-time reduction, elimination of defects, inventory reduction and on-time delivery, all in agreement with the company's Operational Excellence vision.
