Objectives of this role

• Understand business and client challenges, and identify opportunities where AI capabilities can drive effective solutions
• Analyze, interpret, and clearly communicate AI and machine learning (ML) solutions while upholding high ethical standards

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in functional and process design activities, including scenario planning, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures
• Document AI solution architecture, methodologies, and lessons learned during research, exploration, and incubation phases
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, providing feedback and ensuring alignment with project goals and user expectations
• Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms to enhance AI functionality and business value
• Collaborate closely with data analysts and engineers to optimize AI models and improve overall performance
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI model development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Test, validate, and continuously improve AI models to ensure reliability and accuracy in real-world applications
• Stay up to date with industry trends, frameworks, and best practices to strengthen the organization’s AI capabilities
• Design, build, and test scalable AI solutions capable of processing large volumes of data and delivering actionable insights
• Evaluate and refine models based on statistical analysis, data trends, and algorithmic performance metrics
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations and open models such as LLaMA, Mistral, and CodeGemma

Required skills and qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience applying AI and ML in real-world, production-level technology solutions
• Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP)
• Strong programming skills with Python; working knowledge of JavaScript, C , and React
• Experience with container technologies and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with WebUI development and integration
• Proficient in working with Postgres and Redis databases
• Experience in program leadership, project governance, and change management
• Solid understanding of algorithms, object-oriented and functional programming principles, and design best practices
• Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database architecture, and RDBMS optimization

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working with innovation accelerators or incubator environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Knowledge of model versioning, MLOps pipelines, and deployment best practices
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams in an agile development environment
