Saffron & Sage is a holistic wellness clinic and we host multi-sensory experiential events throughout the San Diego area and are looking for a grounded, self-motivated, organized administrative assistant ready to jump right in. This individual must maintain a positive attitude, assume accountability, and function well as a team player, proficient in communication with patients and the clinical team. Training will be provided, but previous massage experience is definitely required. We are a boutique wellness practice that has high standards of customer service and care. The position requires a high level of critical thinking, ability to multitask, and sharp sense of responsiveness to patients and team members in order to keep all operations flowing. Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver a variety of spa services
- Keep documentation and maintain clients files
- Create and maintain a clean, inviting and therapeutic environment
- Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
- Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
- Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
- Cooperate with and report on administration on any arising issues
Qualifications and Skills
- Hands on experience in massage techniques and face/body therapies
- Experience in sales will be considered an asset
- Excellent knowledge of English language, bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Communication and customer service skills
