Server

• Prepares room for dining
• Adheres to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Helps guests select food and beverages by presenting menu; offers cocktails and aperitifs; suggests courses; explains menu items in detail; identifies appropriate wines; answers food preparation questions.
• Transmits orders to bar and kitchen by recording guests' choices, while identifying dietary needs and special requests.
• Keeps kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression.
• Serves orders by picking up and delivering items for guests from the bar and kitchen
• Inquires and responds to needs of guests; observe dining process.
• Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses.
• Utilizes the POS by inputting menu items and closing out guests’ bills
• Contributes to overall team effort to provide the utmost dining experience to guests

Requirements:

• Resume and proven working experience as a server
• Knowledge of wine and spirits
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Attention to detail
