Our restaurant holds James Beard Award nominations for Best Chef: South and Best New Restaurant, and we are committed to delivering hospitality and culinary excellence at the highest level.
About the RoleWe are looking for a driven, creative, and detail-oriented Lead Bartender who can guide our bar program while embodying the spirit and warmth of Saffron Nola’s service culture. This is an opportunity to work in one of the city’s most acclaimed dining rooms and help shape a cocktail experience inspired by the depth and diversity of Indian flavors.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead daily bar operations and uphold fine-dining service standards

Develop and execute cocktails that incorporate traditional Indian techniques, spices, and ingredients, bringing modern craft sensibilities to classic and original builds

Maintain a robust non-alcoholic beverage program, with thoughtful zero-proof cocktails that mirror the creativity of the main menu

Train, mentor, and support bar staff

Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure harmony between food and beverage offerings

Manage inventory, ordering, prep, and bar organization

Deliver consistent, warm, and professional guest service

Minimum 2 years of craft cocktail experience in a high-quality beverage or dining environment

Passion for learning and willingness to explore Indian culinary traditions and flavor profiles

Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively under pressure
