Now Hiring: Automotive Service Receptionist

Join our team and be the friendly face that keeps our service department running smoothly. Our busy Toytoa Service Department is looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
• Schedule and set service appointments accurately
• Greet customers and provide a welcoming service experience
• Assist customers with rental car arrangements and coordination
• Confirm upcoming service appointments
• Contact customers regarding outstanding recalls and needed services
• Scan and organize repair orders for accurate recordkeeping
• Support service advisors and technicians with administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting
• Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail
• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
