We’re looking for a Full-Time Safety Consultant that is equal parts strategic thinker and proactive solution-finder. This position isn’t just about checking boxes, it’s about collaborating with clients to address their health and safety needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in safety or related field
- 5 years of safety experience
- Experience delivering training
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional certification or willingness to complete in a year
What Will Make You Successful:
- You excel at providing onsite safety staff support for construction and manufacturing clients
- You’re a clear communicator who can provide straightforward regulatory interpretations
- You enjoy developing and presenting safety training on confined space, scaffolds, emergency response, fall protection and more!
- You’re always asking: How can I build relationships with new and existing clients?
What You’ll Own:
- Preparing written reports and programs
- Setting your own schedule each week based on client need and personal choice
- Supporting multiple clients
- Identifying hazards and proposing corrective actions
- Assisting clients with implementation of S&H programs
Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
