SAFEWAZE – SALES SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
We are seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our team that will support Safewaze overall growth strategy and development by maintaining goodwill between our organization and its customers. This role will support customers, both internal and external, by supporting the Sales team's efforts.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:
- Assist the Sales Support Manager with various tasks regarding our Territory Managers, Customer Service Team, Independent Field Representatives, and Safewaze Leadership.
- Generate sales and product reporting.
- Report monthly commissions to Independent Manufacturing Reps and Territory Managers.
- Manage Buying Group programs and reporting.
- Facilitate product field trials and track feedback.
- General product communication and answering questions.
- Manager CRM, Power Automate and workflows.
- Maintain confidentiality with customers, companies, and program initiatives.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years’ experience in an administrative support role or equivalent.; manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
- CRM and Power Automate experience required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and track details in a dynamic environment.
- Highly ethical, positive cultural addition, self-motivated.
