Job Summary
We’re looking for dependable and hardworking Restoration Technicians to join our field team. The ideal candidate has some experience in water extraction, demolition, cleaning, and setting up drying or dehumidification equipment. Training will be provided for the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist with water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification setup
- Perform mold remediation following IICRC and safety standards
- Help with fire and smoke cleaning and debris removal
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job site organization
- Accurately document work performed (photos, notes, job logs)
- Follow safety protocols and use PPE appropriately
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers
Qualifications
- Some experience in water, fire, or mold restoration preferred (not required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and handle physical labor
- Willingness to work occasional nights/weekends for emergency calls
- Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and a team player
