Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to guide company growth
- Contribute to, lead and/or manage a small team
- Maintain high involvement in day-to-day residential and commercial electrical projects
- Foster a collaborative team environment and facilitate effective communication
- Make key decisions to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction
- Manage local travel to project sites as required
Required Qualifications
- Trade school education relevant to electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems for residential and commercial settings
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Osha/SST certification
