PRODUCTION WORKER

A Day in the Life:
As a Production Worker, no one day is ever the same. Depending on where you live, you could be working in any one of our manufacturing plants supporting things like bread to beverages, milk to grocery, providing different opportunities to learn and grow. The production worker is on-the-go throughout their entire shift, selecting food products, packaging food & beverages, sanitizing & maintaining machines, and at times, operating power equipment (pallet jack, fork lift, etc.) You are a team player, collaborating with your team to complete the task at hand to keep product flowing, our shelves stocked, and America fed and healthy. Associates in the Production role are eligible for Health & Welfare Benefits, Retirement Saving Options, and Paid Time Off/Vacation Benefits.
Hourly Rate starts at $19.80, $22.28 after 6 months and top rate of $24.75 after 18 months.
